Park Policies

Observance of the following Policies will ensure an enjoyable stay for all

  • OFFICE / RECEPTION HOURS: 8:30 am – 7.00 pm 
  • LAUNDRY / CAMP KITCHEN: 7:00 am – 10.00 pm 
  • GAMES ROOM: 8:30 am – 9.30 pm

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

All fees are to be paid on arrival – no refunds.  Sites and accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure or an extra fee is payable.  All accommodation must be left in a respectable and clean condition.

PARKING:

Only 1 vehicle per site or unit is permitted within the Park 2. Vehicles must be parked on the roadway or in the designated parking space for any unit. Vehicles must NOT be parked (partially or fully) on any grassed area or site [3].

 VISITORS:

Visiting hours are between 8.00am and 9.30pm and all visitors must register at the office.  The registered unit holder is responsible for their guests’ observance of Park Policies and must ensure that their guests are registered. Unregistered day and overnight visitors will attract double the normal fees, which will be applied to the unit holder’s account. Visitors’ cars are not permitted within the park. A visitor’s car park is provided. All visitors must depart the park by 10.00 pm. 2

SPEED LIMIT:

Within the Park is 8 kph (walking pace).

NOISE:

We ask that you respect your fellow residents right to peaceful enjoyment of the park, especially before 8.00 am and after 10.00 pm.  No noise should be audible in the adjacent unit or site after 10.00 pm. Drunkenness, offensive behaviour and rowdy parties will not be tolerated.  Please call the after hours number for disturbances after this time.

CHILDREN:

Under the age of 7 years must be accompanied by an adult in the amenities.  Children are not permitted to play in or around the amenities block.

AIR CONDITIONERS & HEATERS:

Must not be left on whilst you are not in the park.

ALCOHOL:

We ask that guest’s refrain from moving around the park with open containers of liquor.

POOL & PLAYGROUND:

All patrons, including visitors, must comply with the pool rules displayed around the pool.  Day visitors are required to pay a fee of $1.00 at the office. Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times. Glass containers of any kind are not allowed within the pool surrounds.

GAMES ROOM / INTERNET KIOSK:

Food and drink are not permitted in the Games Room. No exceptions.

GARBAGE & RECYCLE BINS:

Garbage should be wrapped and placed in rubbish bins. Recycle bins are placed strategically around the park.

CLOTHES LINES:

Please use the clothes lines provided at the rear of the amenities block.  The placing of ropes between trees and power poles is not permitted.

BICYCLES, SKATEBOARD & ROLLER BLADES:

May be ridden using correct headgear and during daylight hours only. They are not permitted near the amenities block, office / kiosk or on pathways because of the possible conflict with pedestrians and vehicles.

DOGS:

Must be tethered or leashed at all times.  Owners are responsible for their dog and any mess at all times. Dogs must not be left in the park whilst you are outside the park.  As per health regulations, pets are not permitted in rental accommodation units, cabins or caravans at any time. Guests found with a pet inside rental accommodation may be evicted.

RESPONSIBILITY:

The registered unit holder is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all members of the booking, and / or any damage to the park or accommodation unit caused by any member of the booking or their visitors. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made for a person or persons or decline to accept any such booking, or to require any patron to withdraw from the Park at any time if in the opinion of the managers or their representatives, their acts, conduct or behaviour is offensive, detrimental or not compatible with interest, harmony, comfort or welfare of other Park patrons. Begging or panhandling is prohibited.

Wireless Internet Access:

Wireless Broadband Internet is now freely available to all tourist sites and accommodation units. Instructions & passwords for connecting your wireless enabled notebook / PC to our secured network are available at the office. USB wireless adapters are available for hire if required.

Pet Policy

We are a 'Pet Friendly' park, and quite happy to allow pets in the park, subject to the following park policies:

1. The acceptance of pets remains at the discretion of management.

2. Pet owners are responsible for picking up their pet's droppings.

3. Pets must not be left in the park if you go out.

4. Pets must be on a leash and under control at all times whilst in the Park.

5. Pets are not allowed inside rental accommodation under any circumstance. Bookings for cabins where a pet is included may be refused at the discretion of management. If such a booking is accepted, failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund.

6. Barking dogs are unacceptable. Your neighbours will not appreciate a barking dog.

7. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without refund if these policies are ignored.
